Today we went to the Amish Country in TN! The Amish farms began there in 1944 and there are so many of them. It is beautiful! The people were very kind and the kids, like all kids, were so cute! We really loved it! They make all kinds of crafts and foods. We bought wonderful peanut brittle and warm banana bread. We also bought handcrafted beautiful baskets and candles as well as, homemade apple butter and jam. As you stood at one home you could look all around you and see huge green field. It was amazingly beautiful!! We saw their homes, workshops, outdoor potties, and schools. See our pics!
